Robert (Bob) Lemoine - is a Professional Intern Interventionist, Addiction Educator and Family Consultant, the founder of Lemoine Interventions. Bob holds a number of college degrees from the business acumen and has recently been working towards a designation as a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) by the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCB) and can practice in both Canada and the United States. Bob’s penchant for helping others is a basis for his Heart 2 Heart tag. With 31 years in recovery, Bob is well versed for the treatment of addiction and alcoholism because he has been there. In the past year, Bob has been focusing on intervention trainings and seminars internationally to enrich his focus on the behavioral health community, and to raise the bar of the quality of treatment for those struggling with addiction and mental health disorders.

Mr. Lemoine draws from his skills and education background in the field of Management and Social Studies as well as 40 years of professional work experience and his own personal involvement in recovery for over 31years.
Bob believes in many treatment approaches; and, being professionally mentored by Patricia Pike (CANAM Interventions), is learning the skills of modalities such as: the Disease Model, the Solution-Focused Therapy Model, Model of Change, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Surprise & Family Systemic Intervention Approaches, with the goal directed towards treating the whole family.
Mr. Lemoine, belief and passion comes from his interaction with people of all walks of life. Mr. Lemoine believes that the healing takes place when the client and family are involved. He has the passion to helping the client get their life back on track; and, to help them heal their life.
Karen Chrapek - left Los Angeles in 2003 and moved to Ormond Beach. At Mobility Products Unlimited, LLC she managed special projects for the nationwide Durable Medical Equipment company. Her major focus while there was to implement the company’s accreditation project.
In 2006, Ms. Chrapek became a contract surveyor for the Accreditation Commission of Health Care, surveying Clinical Respiratory and Durable Medical Equipment Companies. She also became the Director of Donor Relations/Program Fidelity for Neighbor To Family, a national foster care agency that keeps siblings together. While there she developed and conducted corporate-wide internal program audits to ensure integrity of company policies. In 2013, she become the Program Manager at the Healthy Start Coalition of Flagler & Volusia Counties, overseeing their direct service contracts which included substance abuse intervention for at-risk moms and babies.
Most recently, Chrapek took on the business development efforts at the Darryl Strawberry Recovery Center. Being familiar with 12-Step recovery, she developed an in-service program about Addiction in the Workplace while demonstrating her networking prowess.
Ms. Chrapek has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, Woodland Hills, CA. Her favorite pastime is creating artwork based on the lush Florida landscape.

Patricia M. Pike -is a Professional Interventionist, an Addiction Specialist and the founder of CanAm Interventions. She holds an accredited Certification in Addiction Studies, CAADC II (California), and I.C.A.D.C (International Addiction Certification) for the treatment of addiction and alcoholism. She is a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) licensed by the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCB), and can practice in both the United States and Canada. In the past year, Patricia has been facilitating intervention trainings and seminars internationally to enrich and inspire the behavioral health community, and to raise the bar of the quality of treatment for those struggling with addiction and mental health disorders.
Patricia is an Approved Education Provider by NAADAC (National Association of Alcoholism Counselors) and CACCF (Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Federation). Ms. Pike moved to California 10 years ago and has over two decades of experience in the field of treatment for alcohol and other drugs, as well as behavioral health care using evidence-based practice treatment approaches.

Patricia holds citizenship in both the U.S. and Canada, which gives her the diverse perspective of working in both countries.
Patricia believes in many treatment approaches and modalities such as: the Solution-Focused Therapy Model, Model of Change, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, the Disease Model, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Surprise & Family Systemic Intervention Approaches, with the goal directed towards treating the whole family. KAREN D. WILLOUGHBY - Having extensive experience in crisis management, Karen is an ideal choice to assist clients in their journey to build a better future through treatment and rehabilitation. Her experience in case management, provides the practical knowledge necessary to assist clients with their needs in an efficient and timely manner.
Being in recovery herself for 25 years, and understanding the difficulties in making decisions regarding treatment options, Karen will be a able to identify issues and concerns. Her expertise in case management, coupled with extensive networking in addiction services, will be instrumental in directing the client in the best possible way to ensure that the road to success and freedom from active addiction begins.
Experience and dedication in assisting clients and their families is a primary objective and goal. Understanding the role that families and relationships play in this process, is an important part of the intervention process. Respect for the client and their families will always be maintained and given upmost consideration. Together, we can reach for tomorrow and understand that moving forward is not only possible but clearly obtainable.
Karen has advanced degrees from the University of Miami and Rider University. She also has training in Critical Incident Stress Management as well as Executive Leadership. The training she received in Critical Incident Stress Management was utilized by staff in response to the 9/11 terror attacks.
Her experience, coupled with her compassion and concern for the client, makes her an ideal choice for an Interventionist. She worked closely with Psychologists and Psychiatrists during her 25 years of responding to emergent situations.
